Returns / Shipping Policy

At WWFMCS, each candle is thoughtfully hand-poured and carefully packaged with intention. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unburned, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Returns may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Candles that have been burned, opened, or used

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or promotional items

Shipping & Delivery Care

We take great care in packaging every order using insulated materials and protective wrapping. However, please note:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, lost or stolen packages, or delays once an order has left our hands.

  • Candles may soften or melt if left in warm or outdoor conditions after delivery. We recommend bringing packages indoors promptly.

Shipping Insurance

For added peace of mind, optional shipping insurance is available at checkout for a small additional fee on orders up to $400. Orders shipped without insurance are not eligible for damage claims.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

A Gentle Note

Because our candles are handcrafted and made with natural waxes, slight variations in color or texture are part of their unique charm and are not considered defects.

**Please include your name, address, email address and a note indicating the product(s) you are returning, the reason for your return along with photos, copy of the receipt and any other, in brief, information you deem pertinent to your request.
